For more than three decades, Rotec has been a leading player and market leader in the European market for composite flanges with diameters from DN 25 to 3600 mm in GRV (glass fiber reinforced vinyl ester) and GRE (glass fiber reinforced epoxy) materials.

In addition to flanges, Rotec also supplies fittings (bends, T-pieces, reducers, couplings, saddles), GRP pipes with diameters up to DN 600 mm, GRP sheet material and 'custom made' composite products.

The majority of our products are delivered directly from our production facility and warehouse in Lelystad, the Netherlands. Our production facility in India or our office in Saudi Arabia handles delivery and distribution to customers in the Middle East and Far East.

    By our expertise and know-how, we select the most suitable production method for each product. We specialize in the application of closed mold techniques, such as RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) and Vacuum Infusion, but do not consider this as a limitation. We also take hot pressing, winding and, if necessary, manual laminating into our considerations. By designing and analyzing products in-house using state-of-the-art software such as Catia (CAD) and Abaqus (FEA), in combination with our manufacturing expertise, we can guarantee reliable and high-quality products.
